i don't know how she did it, but she got some of us on carnival sensation for a 3 night cruise after fantasy was cancelled.
WOW> she was so busy on phone lines she called me from Bailey's cell.

She SERIOUSLY rocks! She worked her butt off yesterday trying to figure out something for all of us, she texted us, called us, emailed us, had Carnival on the phone, Groups, airlines, hotel.... and this was allllll day long and into the evening, I was talking to her at 8am when it started, and she called at 10:30pm after hanging up with Carnival. Whew.

I'm so happy that she was able to pull something out! I was devastated when the cruise was cancelled, and now am really super excited!

As a TA I can tell you the amount of time she spent on the phone with Carnival was insane! Isn't nice you had a TA in your corner and didn't have to battle with Carnival yourselves?
