Pre Cruise Stay: Sofitel Miami, elegant French hotel, large rooms, exceptional service, offers shuttle from airport, the driver stopped at the liquor store for us. beautiful pool area with waterfall didn't get to use it since out luggage didn't arrive. free internet service. in house restaurant very good, best French onion soup ever, but expensive. room service excellent, used it for breakfast.
called the porter when ready leave, told him give us 10 mins. he arrived at our door in 9 mins and proudly told us so. lol he said taxi will be there in 2 mins, when we exited the door to the hotel the taxi drove up, it was so smooth it was almost unbelievable.
